2015 was an incredibly exciting year… but I can’t believe it’s gone so quickly!
It was odd not to be working at the heart of a restaurant kitchen as I’ve done for the last decade; but I had the chance to do demonstrations at some great events this year. Most of 2015 was focused directly around our new home at 52 King Street in Manchester – securing the site, working with designers and contractors to transform it, building the team, and developing our new menu and drinks offering.
It’s been a pleasure and privilege to work with so many brilliant suppliers as well as our growing team. As 2016 beckons, and we build up to opening in February, I’ll raise a glass to all the planning, dreaming, scheming, testing and hard work which has marked this year. See you all in Manchester when we’ll make 2016 even more memorable… cheers!
